Parents of WPS junior high and high school (7-12) activity participants. Please remember to get your child’s physical/wellness check scheduled and completed before the 24-25 school year begins.
WPS will need to have a copy of the completed forms for your child to participate in school activities. Thank you and have a great summer and see you in August!!!
The outdoor track at WPS will be open to the public for walking Monday-Thursday from 5:30pm-9pm. Please be respectful of the facilities and keep the facility clean. If you would like to use the track/football field for anything other than walking/running please make prior arrangements with the school.

The Summer Food Service Program (SFSP) provides no-cost meals to children ages 1 through 18 at nearly 300 locations across Nebraska. No applications or paperwork are required to receive meals from approved sites. Most SFSP sites begin providing meals during the first week of June. K-6 Summer school starts Monday, June 3rd. If you signed up for transportation, we will begin picking students up at 8am. We are unsure how long it will take to get all the kids so please be patient with us the first week while we figure it out. If your child has not gotten picked up by 8:45, please call the school and we will send someone out. We will begin at 8:45 and end at 11:45. If you signed up for drop off at Kidz Cafe- we will walk your child down to the center but then you will be responsible of them after we walked them down. If you didn’t sign up for them to be dropped off at Kidz Cafe or transported home- please have them picked up at the school at 11:45. We will only let them out through the North doors so we see them leave.
Weights and conditioning will begin on Tuesday this week for kids that will be in grades 7-12 due to Memorial Day. We will be at the football field weights room.
