Record breaker!! 🏆🏆 Another record has fallen!!! Kimimila Stover has broken another Cross-Country school record. After breaking the school record at the first meet of the season in Hartington with a time of 23:01.68, she has done it again. Yesterday, she ran a personal best and new school record of 22:11.71 in the Pender Cross-Country meet. Congratulations Kimi!

Tonight, September 14, there will be a parent and families meeting for our Dual Language Students. This will take place in Classroom #138 at 3:45PM.

We will be discussing updates for the year and next years cohort! So, this meeting will also be open to current Kindergarten families that are interested in having their child in the Dual Language cohort next year!

There will be no practice, today, Monday, September 14. This is so fans can travel to Pender to cheer on our JV Football team.

Our Dual Language Classrooms are hosting a Parent Meeting on Monday, September 14!

This will take place from 3:45 to 4:45PM in Classroom #138 (south-side of the building).

This meeting is open to current Dual Language students and any kindergarten families who are interested in having their child join next years cohort!

Attention Winnebago Families!

Our 5th, 7th. 9th, and 11th graders will be bringing home letters containing information about suicide and what to do if they are worried about themselves or a friend.

These letters will also include a consent form. Please only sign this form if you do not want your child to participate in the Lifeline's Prevention Program , which provides education about suicide prevention.

Reminder to WPS Families!

Tonight at 5:00PM the WPS Mental Health Team will be presenting the Lifelines Suicide Prevention Program. This presentation will take place in the Winnebago Theater.

While this event is adults only, free childcare will be provided during the presentation.

By attending, you help us ensure we are building a knowledgeable and competent community to aid us in this important work.💙
