Boys Basketball summer league update from last night,
Varsity went 2-0
JV went 0-2
Varsity played well and had 2 big wins, JV played played 2 tough games and fell short each game by single digits.

Girls summer basketball league update from lastnight!
Lost the first game to sergeant bluff but the girls battled from start to finish. Won the second game by 33 points against Maple Valley, great team win! 1-1 to start off summer league. Reminder there will be 7-12 Girls Basketball Open gym this Friday 5:30pm-6:30pm at WPS.

There is no Kids Cafe tomorrow. All students that are on a route that we pick up regularly will be dropped off back at home after 11:45. All students that are dropped off by a parent will need to be picked back up by a parent at the school at 11:45. Please pick children up at the main entrance. Thank you!

Winnebago Girls High School Summer Basketball league also starts today, June 9th! 🏀 Vans will leave the school at 5:15pm, from the school parking lot, if your child needs a ride. Game location📍: The Arena, Sioux City Game time⏰: 6pm and 7pm If you have any questions, please message the coaches.

Winnebago Boys High School Summer Basketball league starts today, Tuesday, June 9th! 🏀 Vans will leave the school at 5:15pm, today, from the school parking lot, if your child needs a ride. Game location📍: CNOS Fieldhouse, North Sioux City Game time⏰: 6:30pm and 7:30pm Any other questions, please reach out to the coaches.

Reminder: K-6 summer school and 3-6 clubs start tomorrow and hours are 8:45-11:45. If you signed up for transportation, we will begin at 8:00. We have quite a list so please be patient with us as the first few days are little hectic. If you asked that we walk your child to kids cafe, we will drop them off hopefully by 12. We can’t wait to see everyone!

WPS send off/blessing reminder for Gianna and Adarius. 1pm in the game gym. Please join us.

Please join us Thursday May 21 @ 1pm in the main gym for a blessing/ send off for Gianna Grant and Adarius Flemister as they head to NSAA State track. Adarius will run prelims on Friday (finals on Saturday) Gianna will jump on Saturday morning.
