Congratulations to the following speakers who placed at the Homer speech meet on February 8. Tylie Chilson 5th place in poetry, Alen Whitewing 6th in poetry and 4th place in program of interpretation, Ayden Little George George-Cloud 7th place in entertainment and 2nd place in extemporaneous, Shyleigh Horn, Baylee Bass, Kenny Nieman, Jredyn Rave, and Alen Whitewing 3rd place in OID. Great job to Shyleigh Horn for the superior ranking in serious prose, Baylee Bass for superior rankings in persuasive and humorous prose. Our next meet is next Friday February 14 in Homer.
