Class of 2020 – Senior Spotlights

Alayah R. Frazier is the daughter of Kateri Payer and the granddaughter of Gregory and Victoria Neff.  While in high school Alayah participated in volleyball, basketball, cheerleading, and dance team. She was also a member of the student council. Alayah’s favorite school lunches included homemade grilled cheese and peanut butter bars. Alayah has this to say about her teachers, “Love and appreciate them all down to every annoying moment.” Alayah had  many memorable moments/events/opportunities while attending WPS, and she  is very appreciative for all of them: went to Chicago; was in a music video; traveling for meets and tournaments; saw Bernie Sanders; was crowned “Princess Layah”; had the lead role in a play; attended the Nebraska Attorney General;’s Youth Conference.  In the Fall, Alayah plans to attend Wayne State College and enroll in the Pre-engineering program as well as minor in Graphic Design. Alayah’s words of advice to underclassmen, “Really make the best out of high school and take advantage of the opportunities it offers.”
